Spray Foam Heritage Homes respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use our spray foam removal services in Cheltenham and across Gloucestershire, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep things simple and only collect what we need to do the job properly.

Information We Collect

When you get in touch, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the address where you need spray foam removed. We also note details about your property and the work you want done.

If you visit our website, we collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you look at. We use cookies and similar tools to make the site work and to understand how people find us.

How We Use Information

We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange a survey, give you a quote, and carry out the spray foam removal work you ask for. We also use your contact information to keep you updated about your job and to send invoices.

With your consent, we may send you occasional updates about our services or seasonal maintenance tips. You can opt out at any time by calling us on 01242375143 or replying to any message we send.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences and to help the site run smoothly. These small files do not identify you personally, but they do help us improve your experience.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being used. If you turn cookies off, some parts of our website may not work as well.

Analytics and Third-Party Tools

We use trusted third-party tools, such as website analytics, to see how people find and use our site. These tools collect anonymous data like page views and visit duration. They do not identify you by name.

We may also use scheduling or invoicing software to manage your job. These providers only see the information needed to perform their service, and they are required to keep it confidential.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with our own team, and with trusted suppliers or subcontractors who help us complete your spray foam removal job. They only get the details they need to do their part.

We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our customers, or others. That includes sharing with our insurers or professional advisers when necessary.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. For most jobs, that means we hold your details for up to six years after the work is completed.

When we no longer need your information, we delete it securely or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you.

Data Security

We take the security of your information seriously. We use password protection, secure servers, and restricted access to keep your details safe from unauthorised use or loss.

Only our trained team members and trusted suppliers can access your information, and only when they need it to do their job. If you ever suspect a problem, call us straight away on 01242375143.

User Rights

You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything that is wrong, and to request that we delete it. You can also ask us to stop using your details for marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within one month, as required by UK data protection law. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Children's Privacy

Our services are for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, please contact us and we will delete it.
